Insurance: Please note that if you do not insure your purchase we cannot act as your advocate if any item is lost or damaged by the carrier. Once an item is picked up by the carrier, e-Powersellers has no control over delivery. Insurance does not cover loss or theft of your items once the package has been delivered to your home/office. UPS & FedEx terms are automatically insured for $100 USD. USPS items are insured through Endica.com at buyers request. e-Powersellers assumes zero liability for any items lost or damaged by carrier. Items valued over $500 are shipped with adult signature required, please examine all packaging for damage when received and if damaged notify your carriers delivery person. Please refuse any items clearly damaged by carrier, if you accept the item it limits are ability to act as your insurance advocate.
International: All items sent international will be sent with a customs sticker / label, marked as "merchandise" and listed at full auction price paid. We cannot send as a gift, we cannot send as a return, we cannot send for value less than the eBay win. We cannot break Federal Law, very sorry, if you do not wish to pay custom fees in your country, please do not bid.
e-Powersellers no longer accepts PayPal from international bidders due to consistent international PayPal fraud. You may still pay using an MO drawn on a US Bank, Moneybookers.com or Major Credit Card. Policy updated 12/29/06.
Refunds: We will happily issue a refund if the item delivered was not the exact item in the auction or listing. Please notify us within 48-hours of receipt (2-Business Days), there is no exception to this policy. We cannot issue a refund if the item was damaged or lost in transit. We can however file for an insurance claim if you paid for insurance. All refunds will be issued by check or credited back to your credit card within 10-days of the refund clearing our account.
We do not accept refunds if you do not like the item, it does not fit, you changed your mind, you did not ask the appropriate questions, you miss valued the item, your overbid or it does not do what you wanted it to do as we are an eBay broker, we don't stock our items, we sell what our clients bring us, and once sold we pay our clients, we cannot return items. e-Powersellers.com, Inc assumes no liability for any damage or loss caused by the carrier.
Refund Exceptions: If we approve a refund for a non-refundable item, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, with a minimum restocking fee of $10. Please note, shipping, handling and return shipping is not refundable. All refunds will be issued by checks once per month. Please allow 3-6 weeks to receive your refund.
Warranty: e-Powersellers does not warranty any items listed or sold, all items are sold as is, where is and without warranty from e-Powersellers. Items that are factory sealed and sold with a factory warranty are covered by the manufacturer and not by e-Powersellers. Any questions about function or use or any questions about service or lack of use must be directed to the manufacturer. e-Powersellers is not a retail store, we are eBay brokers and are selling items for our clients, we are not dealers of any one item.
Shipping, handling & insurance fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. You are NOT quoted exact postage so please note the stated shipping/handling quote on via our shipping calculator.
Let's understand shipping and "Handling" - Please note that handling is included in all our eBay auctions. We need to pay printing fees, damage fees, shipping and processing fees. We need to buy packing material, envelopes, tape, labels and more. This is what handling means. We have to cover the costs of the materials or we will have to stop bringing you these unique items. We are glad you understand.
Checkout: Please do not forget, you need to use our ListQueue Secure Checkout once auction ends regardless of shipping method, state or country - We do not accept eBay checkout or PayPal direct checkout. Please do not email us asking for an invoice, we cannot create and invoice for you, we don't have that ability, it is your responsibly to checkout. Checkout is required even if sending a check or MO as you will need to send a copy of completed order with your payment. Any payment received w/o a completed order will be returned to sender and marked unpaid.
Hours: Please note e-Powersellers office hours on the auction page. e-Powersellers cannot reply to emails or phone calls during non-office hours. e-Powersellers offices maintain different hours, however all e-Powersellers offices are closed on Sundays & Holidays. Please remember we are a retail Shipping Annex as well, and cannot always answer the phone if we have customers, please leave 1 (one) voice mail and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Feedback Policy: Feedback is automated and usually replies to feedback 4 times per hour. We will always reply to feedback left. If there is an issue, we appreciate if you would contact us so we can resolve the issue before negative feedback is necessary.
Non Payment Policy: All non-paying bidders are reported to eBay and issued a strike on their account. 3-Strikes and eBay suspends your account. We also turn over all non-paying bidders to collections. Our collections agency will mail and call in order to get payment completed. If not completed all information is then turned over to all three credit reporting agencies for a default on a contract.
You can avoid a UPI and FVF Strike on your account by paying the restocking charge of 15% of the sales price with a minimum restocking charge being $10.
